PLEASE READ THIS TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY

• We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors in the Catalog, Website, or Product Feeds.
  
• Our Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
• A handling charge shall apply to all drop-shipment orders.
• Order will be delivered in 5-7 working days.
• Prepaid orders will be accepted only, No COD.
• Minimum order Quantity is $1000.
• Some products will occasionally not be available for immediate shipment. Substitution of products may be available by requesting the information from your Account Executive.
• If a customer believes there is an error on an invoice, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. It is then Victoria Distributor’s responsibility to investigate that error and resolve it as soon as possible.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to know what will or will not clear your particular country’s customs. Victoria Distributor will not be responsible for merchandise seized at your country’s border. Refunds will not be issued for seized merchandise.
• We do not sell to the general public, and therefore requires a sales tax-exempt certificate or resale license on all customers prior to shipping. Failure to comply with state and federal regulations can result in holds on shipping or sales tax added to invoices.
• Customers may be subject to a $20.00 per day Storage Fee for orders that, after 5 business days from initial contact from our Transportation Team, have not been scheduled to be shipped.
• We may close your account at any time in our sole discretion and without notice to you.  this means we can close (or suspend) your account if we believe you are using the Website in a manner not intended by us or in a way that circumvents these Terms of Use.
• Victoria Distributor reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
  
• Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer, not Victoria Distributor’s. You can arrange the pickup or we can arrange the shipping but shipping charges will apply.
