Pricing & Order Policies

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• A handling charge applies to all drop-shipment orders.
• Orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
• Only prepaid orders are accepted—No COD (Cash on Delivery).
• The minimum order quantity is $1000.

Marketplace & Product Availability

• Victoria Distributor LLC is not responsible for any issues customers face when selling on third-party marketplaces.
• Some products may not always be available for immediate shipment. Customers can request product substitution information from their Account Executive.

Invoice Errors & Customer Responsibility

• If a customer believes there is an error on an invoice, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Victoria Distributor will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Customs & International Shipments

• Customers are responsible for compliance with their country’s customs regulations.
• Victoria Distributor will not be responsible for merchandise seized at the border and will not issue refunds for seized items.

Sales Tax & Compliance

• We do not sell to the general public.
• A sales tax-exempt certificate or resale license is required before shipping.
• Failure to comply with state and federal regulations may result in shipping holds or added sales tax to invoices.

Storage Fees & Account Suspension

• A $20.00 per day storage fee may apply if orders are not scheduled for shipment within 5 business days of initial contact from our Transportation Team.
• Victoria Distributor reserves the right to close or suspend an account at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Policy Changes & Shipping Responsibility

• Victoria Distributor reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
• Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Customers may arrange pickup or request shipping from Victoria Distributor, but shipping charges will apply.
