Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped via trucking.
  • Upon completion of your first order and full account setup, a customer representative will contact you regarding the fees.
  • Shipping quotations are estimates based on the total weight and number of pallets.
  • Transit time varies by location, and all estimates are non-binding.

Shipping Charges

  • All freight charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Buyer owns goods in transit and must file damage claims if necessary.
  • ALL FREIGHT CHARGES ARE STRICTLY ON A COLLECT BASIS.

Residential Delivery Charges

  • Residential deliveries (excluding UPS and FedEx) incur a $50 standard fee plus additional fuel surcharges for:
    • Lift gates
    • Call-before-delivery
    • Inside delivery

International Shipping Charges

  • We assist international customers with the best rates but are not responsible for foreign taxes or import charges.

Shipping Efficiency

  • We work with various shipping companies to offer the lowest shipping costs.
  • For LTL (Less Than Truckload) orders, we ensure careful stacking and wrapping.

Less Than Truckload (LTL) Shipping / UPS

  • We secure the best discounts on shipments but can accommodate preferred carriers upon request.

Container Load Shipments

  • We ensure maximum space utilization and secure packaging for all container shipments with reputable freight forwarders.

Freight Claims

  • For damaged orders, note findings on the Bill of Lading, take photos, and contact us within 24-48 hours.
  • We are not responsible for damages but can assist with claims.

Order Changes

  • To modify an order after submission, contact your salesperson immediately.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancelled orders require the customer to pay return shipping costs.
  • Processed orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Missing and/or Damaged Items

  • All shipments are counted upon departure.
  • Customers must verify and note any discrepancies at the time of delivery.
