PLEASE READ THIS RETURN POLICY CAREFULLY :
Once the payment is made the orders cannot be cancelled.
Damaged Items :
Shipping damage rarely happens, but if you or your customer see damage to your product you must report it right away, within 24-48 hours of receiving your item. We suggest that you do not refuse delivery if only some cartons look damaged but rather contact us. You can report for yourself or your customer through email at Info@victoriadistributor.com. We will always request pictures and order numbers so it would be helpful and make the claim process faster if these were included in the initial email.
Defective Items :
In the unlikely event, you receive defective item(s), you must notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving the item. You can report for yourself or your customer through email at Info@victoriadistributor.com
Shorted Items :
If you believe that you did not receive the full quantity of an item(s) ordered please contact us at Info@victoriadistributor.com within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. Please make sure that you are validating the quantity received using your Packing List or Invoice and not your Purchase Order or our Sales Order (some items or quantities may have been back ordered).
How to return an Item(s):
Contact us at Info@victoriadistributor.com or contact your personal Sales Representative. Returns without authorization are subject to refusal or additional restocking fees.
Please carefully package the product in its original packaging. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments back to the warehouse. We recommend you insure the shipment for your purchase price. If damaged or lost in transit a refund will not be issued as you will need to collect from the shipping carrier you selected.
Please attach a note to the shipment with your Account number on it.
