Order Cancellations

Once the payment is made, the orders cannot be canceled.

Damaged Items

Shipping damage is rare, but if your product arrives damaged, you must report it within 24-48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Do not refuse delivery if only some cartons are damaged.
  • Contact us immediately at Info@victoriadistributor.com.
  • Provide pictures and your order number to expedite the claim process.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving it.

Shorted Items

If your order is missing items, contact us within 24-48 hours at Info@victoriadistributor.com.

  • Verify the received quantity against your Packing List or Invoice (not the Purchase Order or Sales Order, as some items may be back-ordered).

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at Info@victoriadistributor.com or reach out to your Sales Representative.
  2. Returns without authorization may be refused or subject to additional restocking fees.
  3. Package the product carefully in its original packaging. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
  4. Insure the shipment for its purchase price. If lost or damaged in transit, you must claim compensation from the shipping carrier.
  5. Attach a note with your account number to the shipment.
